	Offering you hundreds of creative wedding ideas, styles, concepts, themes, cultural celebrations and ceremonies and traditions
	Scheduling and accompanying you to food tastings appointments with caterers
	Assisting in customizing your menu with creative menu selection and appropriate food / wine pairing
	Arranging cake tasting appointments and accompanying you to the appointments if desired.
	Keeping you on track with your specific budget needs and limitations
	Ordering and arranging delivery and return of all requested rentals such as: unity candles, candelabras, wedding arches, etc.
	Handling transportation and hotel arrangements for out-of-town guests
	Assisting with planned activities and suggested activities for out-of-town guests
	Coordinating the wedding rehearsal so that everyone feels comfortable with what they parts are playing on the big day
	Checking and double checking all arrangements throughout the entire process

Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day

Overseeing Set-up and design

Ensuring proper placement of guest, wedding favors, wedding programs, wedding gifts, bubbles, disposable cameras, etc

Assistance with corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower girl baskets

Making sure guests with special needs have someone to help him or her without making them the center of attention

Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it's time to walk down the aisle

Letting you know when it's time to walk down the aisle, making sure you are ready for the big moment

Making sure your dress and train are perfect and send you on your way down the aisle

Gathering wedding party and family members for pictures as needed

Cueing entertainment for guest arrival, ceremony and all scheduled special events

Making sure that all finishing touches are complete and as you wished before allowing guests to enter the reception area

Making sure all candles are lit and remain lit the entire time

Answering guests questions and concerns throughout the day

Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests through the day and on to the next scheduled events, making sure that noone misses these events

Seeing to it that parents and very special people are given special care and that their every need is catered to.

Making sure the special dietary needs and requests of guests such as vegetarian requests are followed through with correctly

Supervising and communicating with the chef and catering staff

Always letting you both know what is next so you can have time to freshen up or be ready and never let you be caught off guard.

Be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences

Guiding you graciously through your day, Keeping things running on schedule.

Without a coordinator it's very easy to simply run out of time and you never got to do all those creative, special things that you spent months planning and thinking up.

Knowing exactly when you need a soft voice to calm you, one other than of your family or close friends.

Being the one person to give you a little bit of laughter when those people nearest and dearest to you (forgive me) are driving you nuts, and believe us it happens!
